As much as I enjoy being in front of the camera, I also enjoy being behind the camera and taking photos of everything.

Photography is great, it enables you to capture one moment in time and have it on film forever.

I don't really have a "speciality", I originally started taking pictures for fun, and once I started, I found out I really enjoyed it and wanted to take more photos. Not only that, but there aren't a lot of women photographers, so this is my way of "giving back" a little to photography. I call my photography business, "MissRiva Photography", and am open to taking photos of all kinds, from modeling to nature scenes to wedding photographer to sports, to just about anything! I love being able to share the memories of the events I photograph! I hope you will, too!

I am just starting out my photography business, so I don't have a really large portfolio right now, but I am really interested in expanding my photography work. I currently live in Hague, NY, but am willing to travel if my travel expenses are paid. Please see my Contact page for information on how to book me for photography.

Here's some shots of the firehouse in my hometown of Hague, New York. I love old buildings, especially firehouses. They always have such class.	Here's a different view of the firehouse.

Black and white gives a real classic old-timey feel to my photos.	I think it brings out some details you might miss in color.

I like this earthy tone, too.	Experimenting with colors in nature is fun.

Let's take a nature walk.	I was pretty far out into the forest by this time!
I had a tree blocking my path!	I didn't mind, though. The colors were real pretty.
I'm glad I don't have to mow this lawn!	It's getting late, as you can see by the sun. I'd better start heading home. I'll post more pictures later, on other pages!
