This page will tell you about my acting work. I'm not going to recite my resume to you, you can download my resume for yourself to read that!

I find my acting work similar to my modeling work in two ways. One is that you get to play a character, and use your imagination a lot, which I like, but also, several of the themes that I want to explore in modeling I also would love to explore in my acting work. You can check my modeling page for more details on my modeling work.

Right now, I've done a lot of sci-fi/fantasy type work, but I would love to do dramatic roles. However, I'm pretty much open minded to anything, as long as it doesn't involve nudity or implied nudity, which I will not do.

My lengthiest role to date has been as "Ensign Zarha" in Star Trek New Voyages: Phase II, which I am always eager to shoot with these great people. They are truly my family on the set and I love them all very much. The series is based on the original Star Trek, so it features the characters most people know best, such as Captain Kirk and Spock.

I'm also doing comedy work with a troupe called MessyWorks, who are located at http://messyworks.sfpincchicago.com, for which I currently serve as Northeast Regional Director. It's a comedy show for women that showcases a funny, silly side of women and blends it with slapstick comedy acting. So it's kinda like Nickelodeon You Can't Do That On Television meets I Love Lucy. The reason I bring this up other than the fact that I work with them, is that I am serving as Northeast Regional Director, as mentioned above, and that entails helping to stage our live shows in my area. That brings me to what I wanted to talk about next.

When I am working, whether it be modeling or acting, I give everything I have to the show. I have helped out behind the scenes with lighting, makeup, hair, set design...you name it, I do it! I am very much a "Jill of all trades". I like to help out wherever I can, and I like to learn new things that can help me be more useful in my career. No ego here! I am definitely not afraid to get my hands dirty! With MessyWorks, I get REALLY dirty, and not just my hands!! In all seriousness, I am very friendly and easy to get along with, and I just want to make any production I am part of as good as I can possibly make it. I'm very good at taking direction and have worked with a lot of big stars, and I love to listen to them and to my co-stars and get as much advice as I can.

I'm looking to get my SAG card right now, but I'm also taking advantage of not having one to take part in as many different kinds of roles as I can get. I don't want to ever be pigeonholed into one "type" of role. The best thing for me as an actress is to have as much diversity as I can. I truly love my work, and I hope you will consider me for your production!
